Donor workup (blank checklist)

From Live Donor Liver Workup (local docx). Twin of the recipient Signature form.

  1. Step 1 — Labs: Blood group & Rh, CBC, PT(INR)/APTT; LFT, KFT, lipid, HbA1c, thyroid; HBsAg, HIV, Anti‑HCV, HBcAb, Anti‑HBs titre, CMV IgG, G6PD, IDNAT, TB FERON, HAV IgG, Varicella IgG; urine R/E.
  2. Step 2: MRCP.
  3. Step 3: CECT liver triple‑phase angiogram (LAI, volumetry, angiogram); HLA I&II (legal); PAC.
  4. Step 4: CXR, ECG, PFT, 2D Echo / stress echo if age > 40.
  5. Female: Gynae clearance; USG abdomen/pelvis; Pap if married; breast package if age > 35.
